Completely house trained and crate trained, this cheerful boy politely lets you know he needs a pitstop by hanging out near his leash by the door. Around 1 year old, he's brimming with personality, endlessly entertaining, and never meets a toy he doesn't love. In fact, he takes great care to make sure all his toys get equal play time so none of them feel left out. From inspecting pinecones to rolling around with his favorite playthings, Bird is guaranteed to keep you smiling.
Because Bird is powered by pure enthusiasm, he's looking for an active family with older kids who can match his fun-loving energy and play style. He gets along well with other dogs, though his confident, forward personality means he'd do best with larger canine companions or dogs who are equally bold and happy to romp. On walks, his vibrant curiosity shines as he explores the world around him, eager to check out every leaf, stick, and scent along the way.
Bird has already mastered a fantastic recall, and with a bit of patient guidance on other commands and training he will continue to improve. He sleeps soundly in his crate at night and benefits from structured crate time when unsupervised to keep his busy mind out of mischief.
