Second City Canine Rescue will not disclose any nonpublic personal information, except as permitted by law (in order to comply with federal or state laws/regulations, and government or court orders).

Disclosure of Donor Information

Second City Canine Rescue will not share or sell a donor’s personal information.

Collection, Retention, and Use of Information

Second City Canine Rescue collects personal information about you when you complete donor, adopter or supporter forms.. Second City Canine Rescue will only collect information as we believe is reasonably useful in administering our business and to provide products, events, and services to you.

Employee Access to Information and Enforcement

All Second City Canine Rescue employees and volunteers with access to your personal information are educated on the importance of confidentiality and adopter, donor, and supporter privacy. Employees and volunteers with access to donor information are required to sign a Confidentiality Policy. Employees and volunteers of Second City Canine Rescue will only have access to adopter/donor information on a need-to-know basis.
