Meet Pistachio - a total lovebug who is completely house-trained, exceptionally well-behaved when left alone without a crate, and a huge fan of everyone he meets! Maybe around 18 months old, Pistachio is a social butterfly who loves all other dogs, and his proudest accomplishment so far has been conquering his fear of elevators. While he can be a little cautious with new things like cars or parking garages, he is wonderfully adaptable and thrives with routine and patience.

Outdoors, Pistachio loves to explore, though he can be a charmingly stubborn walking partner who wants to say hi to every dog he sees and sometimes needing a loving "c'mon buddy" pep talk to keep moving! He rarely barks, is easy to handle, and has the sweetest bedtime routine of migrating between the couch and the hallway. While he's still learning his basic commands and can occasionally give a playful nip when seeking attention, his foster calls him an absolute sweetheart. With a little guidance and plenty of love, Pistachio will make a remarkably loyal and rewarding companion!
