Around 8 yrs old, Russell loves exploring the yard, taking in all the smells, and checking out whatever is happening around him. He rarely barks, enjoys his meals, and is doing well with house training, often prancing by the door when he needs to go outside.

Russell is still settling into the routines of home life. He prefers relaxing in a pen rather than a kennel and is learning what to expect from his people. Every now and then, he lets out an unexpectedly dramatic little squeal - one of the endearing quirks his foster family has come to know.

He has done well with children and is interested in other dogs. Russell would love a home where he can feel secure, explore at his own pace, and become someone's cherished little companion.
